Windows 7 Professional 64bit (fully patched) Unfortunately, I can't make hide nor hair out of it.įirmware Version: SonicOS Enhanced 5.8.0.2-37o It seems as though there is a driver that fails to initialize and it's having NIC installation issues. ![]() I've included the log and the debug below. Out of the 5 machines I've attempted this on, 2 have successfully worked: an older Vista machine and a brand new Windows 7 laptop fresh out of the box (I attempted to break this one by installing my antivirus program (Vipre) but it still worked afterward.) I've uninstalled everything that I thought would interfere with the client: anti-virus, software firewalls, aircard connection managers, etc. Everything from "failure to initialize" to "a damaged version NetExtender was detected on your computer." I've gone through SonicWall tech support which was less than helpful. Once I started sending a select few employees to the portal to install NetExtender and use it is when I started seeing issues. Here's a small narrative: i installed the TZ210 over the weekend, set all of my subnets and firewall rules and everything seemed great. ![]() I've been working on some NetExtender issues for the past two days and have humbly come to you all for help!
